Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Alameda County Health Care Foundation, whose mission is to raise funds and generate community support for the Alameda County Medical Center.

We would like to make you a part of “our family” because we recognize volunteers as an essential part of the level of excellence provided to our patients.  Whether you need to complete community service hours, gain exposure, or want to give back to the community, Alameda County Health Care Foundation’s volunteer program will offer you many choices in finding just the right fit for your talents and skills and our foundation’s needs.

Our Volunteer Program provides various opportunities:

    Special Events

The Alameda County Health Care Foundation hosts a number of special events throughout the year to raise money for the Alameda County Health Care Foundation. Some of the events include a black tie gala, sponsored golf tournament, and combined charities campaign.

    Support Services

We are looking for volunteers who would like to make a difference in Alameda County by providing services including phone follow-up, mailings, marketing, general office support, and event co-hosting.
